The Senators were clearly correct and should fire the Parliamentarian.

This was a partisan move to declare that this is a permit and not a regulation, just to keep Congress from overturning the left-wing policy.

This is not a new precedent.
Harry Reid had Senate Democrats overrule the Parliamentarian in 2011.

Im focused on getting young people who will fight, elected. Sick of most in Dem leadership who let this happen. They could have neutralized Trump after Jan 6 but took the week off before starting impeachment. Biden could have acted with urgency of MAGA turning into fascist but choose to “reach across the isle”. Schumer could have held hearings on SCOTUS corruption after they let Trump be on the ballot and if the last 100+ day dems should have used the few tools they had to slow down the coup. Instead, they fast tracked Trump’s nominees in record time and voted with MAGA to strip immigrants of their rights and enable Trump’s crypto corruption.

The Hyde Amendment has been in place for decades and there hasn't been a single federal dollar spent on abortions.
The Second Amendment is in full force, though there is a national consensus to keep guns out of the hands of the mentally ill that the GOP somehow opposes.
Biden didn't "pardon federal death penalty cases" - those people are still in prison and will be for live.
