I wear diapers when I run. I saw a PT shortly after birth but stopped and I know I should go back again. I don’t run very frequently though.

I wear poise pads. I’m 48, and have had this issue since my first child was born 16 years ago. I play tennis, so I wear a poise pad then and dark bottoms. I just found out my insurance pays for pelvic or so I might try it, but the pads work.

Has anyone used a gel like Bulkamid? I have tried pessaries and they became uncomfortable when I'm active. A gel sounds like an intermediate step between the OTC methods I have been using and surgery.
I did see a pelvic floor PT, and found that helpful.

Is that the same as the mesh?

I use poise incontinence pads but I really need to figure out a real solution via kegels and actually seeing a doc about it.

From another thread apparently you can knock on random houses and ask to use the bathroom.
