I got Invisalign at 45 and glad I did. Husband is considering it at 53.

I had braces as a teen but my teeth shifted in middle age and started causing nerve pain. So now I’m wearing Invisalign, which sucks but is better than increasing pain and maybe ultimately worse. Just get whatever your dentist recommends and get it done.

Neither us needed or had braces as kids,
