I don't think morning swim practice works because 1 kid has 1 week needing to take morning bus to camp at 7:45am, 1 sleepaway camp, 1 week meeting at river at 9am for kayaking(we can't make it to be there on time). Is it okay to skip the morning practices once school start? Has anyone done it?

My kid won't be able to wake up to make it. Isn't it the outdoor pool (even with heated) cold in kid June at 7:15am?

Mine have had college sitters every summer except one. That one summer we did camps, they just showed up 30 min late. No one cared.
NP but what was your kids’ schedule with college sitter? Going to have one this summer
