It would be just for 2 full days, 2 or 3 nights, no kids, at least good food and somewhere to walk around. Oddly enough, we've never been to Canada.
Flying into Mtl is going to be a mess on F1 weekend - the city isn’t super easy to get around/ through if you don’t know it, even if all
You’re striving for is to get it Ottawa.
Isn’t there a Porter flight from DC to TO? There used to be.
If you could get tickets, that would be an amazing weekend.

Hudson Valley, Maine or Berkshires.
always someone who wants to change the question
Why not just a staycation and also it's pretty easy to make your own pound cake so you don't need a recommendation for that from a store.

With that short amount of time, I think it’s an appropriate question to ask. Why is leaving the country a criteria?

St Regis

and about the same time to take a train from Toronto to Niagara Falls if that appeals

Anonymous wrote:Canada makes sense given the short time you have and that you've never been there. Plus in June I'd rather go somewhere cooler than DC rather than a warmer place. An option you didn't list is flying to Buffalo and driving to Niagara Falls/Niagara on the Lake; I've done that and had a good time!
