OP here - trying topical now. Seems to help some.

Will be starting Vitamin D supplements tomorrow. Started weight training this week.

I've also been prescribed Lyrica at night for the neuropathy - would be interested in anyone's experience with it. The potential side effects have me a bit concerned.

I kinda agree you should try real ketosis diet for a period of time (or the one invented for people suffering from epilepsy, not what an influencer says on social media) then go back to eating normal but with limited sugar and processed food.

You might also give collagen a try. It really helped with my chronic knee joint pain, long with plenty of activity. You will be filing or clipping your nails 1-2x a week though!

Check your vitamin D levels. Low vitamin D contributes to joint pain. Supplement yourself to the higher end of the normal range. Made a huge difference for me when I was taking letrozole.

Are you on an aromatse inhibitor? I am and my body now requires so much more "maintenance" than it used to! I do 30 minutes on the elliptical every morning. I do an hour of weights twice per week. I also do assisted dynamic stretching once weekly and yoga 1-2 times/week. I get a massage every 3-4 weeks. I also saw a physical therapist for a while to figure out some mobility exercises. This is WAY more exercise than I ever used to do, but I'm now mostly pain free.
