IMO I am most excited to see they’ve put out the toppings and extras necessary to make a burger or dog good. The onions, pickles, relish, ketchup, mustard, etc. The worst is just a plain, charred burger.
Likewise, a couple simple sides but make them delicious. the classics are classics for a reason, after all.
Burgers grilled are almost never good.
Burger on a flattop cooked in its own fat is the way.
