Most "children's" vitamins are just gimmicks. 3-5 vitamins/minerals and nothing else. Get a good one that contains all the vital ones, if using one.

I give my kids the Costco gummy vitamins. But if they were to start selling the Flintstone vitamins, I’d be right on those for me!
