Serra would make a reasonably interesting middle name. It's a terrible first name and your reasoning for choosing it honestly makes no sense.

Trying to get creative with your kid’s name almost never works. You come off as a try-hard, dumb or weird.

I think you'll need to choose between Sarah or Sara. (It's such a pretty name.) Why bungle it with a confusing spelling.

This is so dumb. It’s a lifetime of “No, no, S-E-R-A” for absolutely no reason.

I have a coworker who has a daughter named Serah. Not sure why that spelling or how it works out for them, practically speaking.

I would pronounce it like Sarah because that's how I always pronounced the Magic: The Gathering card Serra Angel.
