You probably need medication. Talk to you Gyno. Good luck!

I have channeled my rage into a running habit.

Talk to your GYN. This is hormonal. For me, an IUD, and 1mg of estradiol gel daily= much more level and no longer enraged by the fact that I missed the light or my kid spilled something or whatever.

I tried Pepcid AC for my PPMD rage and it worked 🤷♀️

Same happens to me and I am on Lexapro. Should I switch to another SSRI or get on HRT? I am 43 and overweight.

Same! I'm a spiker too. I literally see red. Or flames. Flames on the side of my face.
But it's so quick I can control it and more importantly avoid people before I act irrationally. Or rationally as the case usually is since I'm surrounded by imbeciles at these moments!

Prozac or fluoxetine. I was scared I would lose my job or hurt someone.
Info all three and it’s been an amazing difference.
I’m on the lowest Zoloft doses. Without it, I’d probably be in prison…. It makes a huge difference in my rage level

HRT, stat. I haven't slept this well in years and I feel human again. I feel more balanced, my mood isn't wildly swinging from anxiety to rage and back again. I'm exercising again which further helps my mood and sleep.

For context, I have PMDD, so I take 20mg starting ovulation through the beginning of period.
My rage started around age 43, and started to feel out of control around age 45. The fluoxetine really helps.
