Lol. There aren’t any spaces. I have taught on the stage, the hallway, the food pantry, etc.
But you can’t complain until you ask. Document it every time. Report out to parents, the media, BOE, county council Education committee. The more people make this public the less MCPS can ignore it. Complaining only here accomplishes nothing.
You don’t think I have? I’ve complained for years but I’ve been told there are no spaces to move to and they aren’t lying to me. I save my sick days for high humidity days when the walls and floors are slick with moisture. Those days are the worst.
Take the documentation from your admin to the media, BOE, and county council. Stop wasting your efforts here and push for real change.
I see reading comprehension isn’t your forte. I HAVE done everything you wrote multiple times. Other colleagues have too. We are in a Title 1 school and nobody cares about the students and teachers. We can’t strike in Maryland so there won’t be any of that. In addition, we have a mold issue, rodent problem, and the place is falling apart. They are starting to renovate and I’d bet my next paycheck that they’ll be wearing hazmat suits when they tear down the walls in the building.
