All of them can be outsourced.

I think it is completely possible if one has access to unlimited funds and can hire a full-time, live-in household manager/housekeeper.

For example, I bet celebrities outsource ALL their domestic duties out.
I would bet none of them even clean out their cat’s litter box or take out their recycling ♻️ bins themselves.

My aunt was one, but it was more like a House Manager of House Managers? She wouldn't do things like grocery shop, but she would direct the staff who did. Made sure all bills were paid, would arrange travel, would do large projects like bringing in organizers and managing the distribution of physical items from an estate, ("this Chihuly needs to be appraised, insured, and shipped to my nephew in Hong Kong."), making sure allXmas gifts were paid out to staff and the best floral arrangements and gifts were sent to busi ess partners,that kind of thing. They had multiple homes and local house managers/landscapers/housekeeping but her job was managing all those people to keep everything running perfectly where they would have to do basically nothing. She enjoyed it and it paid pretty well!

You are normal rich. A house manager for UHNW folks is going to be managing staff, not doing laundry or cooking.

Oookay? I never claimed to be wealthy or old money or something. I'm just saying, I have 2 people who do all the tasks OP listed. The question was how many responsibilities can be outsourced. I answered with all the things we outsource to just 2 people.

This. I hate having anyone in my space. I barely tolerate a weekly cleaner and do not get me started on a handyman or plumber who has to come back like three times.

OP again. Do people who outsource everything have multiple shifts of domestic staff at their homes 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week? Because breakfast needs to be cooked early, and dinner dishes need to be washed late in the evening.

My friend lived in Asia and they had this. It took just one housekeeper. She came in at 8am and made breakfast, and then left at 5 or 6pm after dinner was made. They left the dirty dishes in the sink and she did them the next morning.

She was off on weekends and woudl leave labeled containers in teh fridge with dinner for each night.

I assume their house/apartment isn't that big. I have about 6,000 sq. ft. and have a similar set up. One housekeeper that works 10a-6p, and she takes care of all cleaning and organizing. She cooks dinner 3 times per week, and, if a kid is at home, and I am not, she will help them make a plate for lunch or help warm up leftovers for dinner (my kids are middle school and older).

My experience with the UHNW folks is that they have much bigger homes, bigger properties, more social obligations to entertain, so do have a need for multiple live-in staff. I got to spend a summer with my roommate from college and that household was pretty regimented just to make life easier on the staff, meals were served at the same time every day and laundry was done certain days of the week. I'm sure different household do things differently though.
