Once we figured out we could print money... The inevitable happens. Anybody with discipline is steamrolled by the sloppy, slovenly and somewhat stinky gaggle of losers who make up a vast majority of clueless consumers of precious resources and producers of fecal matter. They vote with their overused pieholes and buttholes until collapse. Then they scream bloody murder curled up in the fetal position cursing God.

Yeah when states break federal law but still want federal money it's an issue. If the states gave up federal money it would free them up to be more independent

Alabama IS a third world country. Why didn't FDR, JFK, LBJ, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, or Joe Biden do anything about it? They have pandered to those communities for votes and you would think the least they could do is throw some sanitation their way.

I’ll explain it like you’re 5. This sanitation project was funded in 2023, during the Biden administration, because the Justice Department found that historical racism resulted in black families settling in disproportionate numbers on this land that is ill suited for proper drainage, and their local government was not doing anything to address the infrastructure weaknesses that were causing an ongoing public health crisis. Trump is cutting off the federal funding for these sanitation improvements via executive order because he wants to end any federal provisions that are related to racial issues.
