How do you keep the filling in? It always leaks out even when I try to pinch the ends. They are good.


I only have a little spill out, and that's my treat since I'm the one making them. I love that part of the process, especially with a hot cup of coffee.

I'm pretty sure that's how they do it at Point Chaud. Everyone goes there for the crepes, but I love their crispy crunchy gooey frangipan-filled almond croissant. They sell out early so try to go in the morning.

This place fo sho. Been to France and other counties like South Korea and Japan where they take their pastries very seriously. This is up there.
