The 26 yos from Instagram spend an hour at the gym, skip meals, and only eat in front of the camera. Plus they are usually paid to eat at a certain place, so it’s free, and the money they make from SM goes toward that personal trainer and designer wardrobe. Only Becca Bloom is really that rich, thin and sweet irl 😊

I can feel 'sugar racing through me'. Beer is the worst with all the carbs. Not sure why it does nothing to you.
Eating a slice of cake after meal is not as bad ad eating the same cake one bite at the time every few hours.

Beer have very few carbs at all.

Your issue is lack of learning about the topic. You are doing things that you don't realize are bad, and avoiding others that are not that bad.

Is it normal to gain weight if you eat chocolates, cookies and chips everyday?

I can’t maintain my weight if I eat all those things per day.

But I see people posting themselves being around cakes and all these kinds of foods everyday and not gaining. Are they not eating it or is there soemthing wrong with me?

Some can get away with it and some cannot.

Nobody can do that forever or if they overconsume them. Either they will get fat or type 2 diabetes.

My friend and I have pretty much the exact same body (5'3, 125) but she eats three full meals plus plenty of sweet snacks and I have to eat one meal a day and do strict IF to avoid gaining. It's eye-opening when we stay at each other's houses. She can't believe how little I eat and I can't believe how much she eats. But we look the same!

I doubt that. You just don't see what you are eating.

I think your definition of three full meals is not everyone's definition of three full meals.

Don't be stupid op. Posting photos near cakes, does not mean they ate them.

You’ve effed up your metabolism. Unless you’re 5’ and under 100 lbs that’s not even enough calories for your BMR-calories just needed to keep you alive.

The social media people are selling you stuff; they're often not using or consuming the same stuff that they're selling. You should try quitting social media if you're spending too much time looking at stuff that people are trying to sell to you.
