Are teen girls getting ready in their bedrooms with straighteners and blow dryers? Seems like a bathroom with gfci is safer for that and not wood or painted vanities in bedrooms.
Only having one sink would mean there’s more counter space for blow dryers and also more cabinet space. Sinks do take up room in cabinets.
I’ll have to measure the vanity but it seems there’s 6” between the two sinks currently.
This is definitely a first world problem but having one bathroom for all 3 hasn’t been easy. They all fight over the bathtub currently. All want to take a bath right before bed too. I assume in the future it will be the same with showers but at least showers are quicker.
Blow dryers should be used in the bedroom and not a wet area. Safer and less electrical hassle. Countertop space is not needed and a clutter point to attract tons of product and gather mold, hair, lint, and filth.
