Someone sent me flowers. The item delivered was literally from the grocery store. If I didn't send a picture they would not have known to request a refund.

sweater, maybe. It's a visual thing. Until we can text a smell or taste, I suspect the others won't get the same experience.

It's totally unrealistic to recreate online photos because of seasons and flower availability. That's just a general idea, generally.

It’s not local, otherwise I 100% would lol. But you prob have no interest in some smallish Canadian town craptasticular florist 😂

But seriously, they even knew it was for a sick person, they wrote the note! Ugh I’m still so mad lol.

i think it is a good idea, because, often, ordered flowers do not look anything like the bouquet you ordered and paid for.

Most of online or phone in orders are sight unseen. Sure, the website's pictures look great, but in reality the flower arrangements are not the same as the pictures. It would be nice to know the look of the arrangements for future order (of the same flower shop).
