Do you expect the same with chocolates, a candle, perfume, a sweater?

I ordered flowers for a sick co-worker, I don’t recall the exact amt but we usually spend $150 or so. She sent a picture thanking us and I was APPALLED at the bouquet. It looked like a $10 grocery store bouquet! I complained to their head office, they wanted to send another one (from a diff location) to make up for it, and I said that was fine. I later found out that the original florist went back to the sick co-workers house and demanded the flowers back!! I was appalled at that too!! I just checked their Google reviews and the first one that pops up is the same thing (lack of quality for price). I left them a scathing review on Google, but it was like 6 yrs ago. I’m still pissed about it, and pissed for my coworker who had to deal with those AHs.
Name and Shame! Especially a local to DCUM florist!
That's horrible that they demanded the flowers back. From a sick person.
