Nope, not going to expose my starry eyed kids to the sad, dour mood in a fed office. It's not like fed employment is going to be desirable for their generation unless they help a winning campaign.

My kid is finally old enough to go and now they can't go because of this new admin. I wasn't really looking forward to it.

Oh well, maybe my next job?

Another FDA employee here. I just looked and saw it’s two days away- there’s no way it’s happening this year. It was such an incredible event and my second is finally old enough to attend. Pretty sad for him it’s not happening.
