Pasta with canned sauce and I cut up whatever veggies the kids will eat and put it in the sauce. Top with shredded cheese.

This! One jar of salsa and 2-4 chicken breast in the crock pot. Down! Use it for tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, or just serve with some rice. This is my easiest dinner for when I just can’t cook. Everyone loves it. Trader Joe’s salsa authentica works the best. It’s a very simple salsa with no other random vegetables (or fruit!) in there. This makes it a good blank slate for people to customize as they like

Garlic marinated pork chops, yellow rice, roasted carrots and onions

Baked cod with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and yellow squash with lemon butter over couscous

Grilled steak, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach/kale

Stuffed chicken breasts (red pepper, cheese, spinach, whatever) salad, bread

Shrimp scampi pasta with tomatoes and spinach, side salad

Harissa chicken and potatoes sheet pan meal with herbs and yogurt sauce. Roasted broccolini

Lamb chops, orzo with herb mix, roasted tomatoes and onions

What is wrong with you? None of this is "insanely easy." Not OP, but when I want to make an easy dinner I'm sure as $h!t not stuffing chicken breasts. FFS.

Agree, I laughed when I saw this post. PP trying to be helpful but it’s just not for those of us who don’t like cooking.

Here is an easy soup everyone seems to love-
Cook approximately 1 lb ground turkey (ground beef also works) in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Then dump Everything else in:
1 large box of low sodium chicken broth
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 packed of dried Lipton onion soup mix
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 cup orzo
Boil until orzo is done and serve.

Near east couscous takes less than 10 min to make. Serve with seared salmon w/ salt, pepper and lemon and bagged Green beans cooked in the microwave.

Cook 1 lb ground turkey or beef in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Add 1 jar marinara, 1 bag of frozen chopped spinach. Serve over pasta.

Egg and cheese sandwiches with fruit.
Pre roasted chicken with a bagged salad that comes with the dressing.
Trader Joe’s teriyaki chicken and fried rice (both frozen).
Pizza with naan, sauce, and cheese.
2 cans black beans, 1 jar salsa, a little water or broth - simmer and blend for black bean soup.
Hot dogs and canned baked beans.
Baked ziti with jarred sauce.
Chicken and bbq sauce in the crock pot and shredded.

There are lots of premade salad bags now and seasoned frozen veggies for sides. Roasted chicken or precooked chicken. Bottles of sauces. My mom was a lazy cook - dump a bottle of something like Italian dressing over chicken and bake.

This definitely sounds like the kind of stuff I like to eat. Do you have an egg drop soup recipe? I've tried making it but all the recipes are kind of complicated

I just use vegetable broth with some soy sauce and sesame oil. Whisk a few eggs and drizzle them in slowly to simmering broth. Add in spinach leaves.

Whole Foods rotisserie chicken, WF ready made made mashed potatoes, veggie

Use rotisserie chicken to make chicken quesadillas, serve with black beans a ready made guacamole

Tacos- ground beef with taco seasoning, put in shell or tortilla, add cheese, salsa & guacamole , serve with black beans from a can

Broil salmon with a little seasoning, squeeze a lemon on top when done, boxed rice and a veggie

Ground beef or ground sausage with a jar or marinara and pasta

Bone in chicken breasts with seasoning and olive oil, butter or ghee, boxed rice and veggie

Mix a jar of salsa with chicken in the pressure cooker. When chicken is done, shred. You can serve this plain with sides, or mix with a little cream cheese, wrap in flour tortillas and bake- my kids love these

Grilled cheese with jarred tomato soup

Yep. I do this as well. Birds Eye mixed vegetables, steam in bag. 5 minutes, pour into a mixing bowl, season with Crazy Jane's and/or top with shredded cheese.

Also, cheese and shredded chicken (I buy it already shredded at Whole Foods) on a tortilla. Bake in oven. Serve with Goya black beans. Either salad, fruit, slaw. Whatever anyone will eat.

Hamburger patty with our without bun, canned soup (or WF fresh soup.) Either salad, fruit, slaw. Whatever anyone will eat.

Something that is really easy but is kid dependent. Make grits/polenta then mix in shredded cheese (type is kid dependent.)

Sandwich rolls, slices of turkey or shredded chicken, cheese of choice, smashed avocado, lettuce and tomato. Though I get this would be a no-go for a lot of kids. Served with soup.

This made me laugh. I'm like OP. I hate to cook. All of the above sounds way above my interest or level.
