He had 2 hearings on it, and lost, so yes it was determined he is a MS-13 member. The actual court documents have been posted in a few threads here.
And still the Executive and the Supreme Court agree it was a mistake to deport him.
No one including the administration denied that it was a mistake to send him to El Salvador. He should have been deported elsewhere. He is still a deportable alien.
That’s not the point, it’s what happens now that is at issue.

JFC. Prove that he was a criminal and nobody is going to object deporting him. None of the people they deported to the concentration camp in El Salvador were given due process. The government must prove that the people deserve to be deported.
They have been kidnapping people off the street and putting them in prison in LA or deporting them to EL Salvador.
