Subject: Scheduling with friends in middle age
I don't wait to try to get together when everyone is free. I may get together with 2 of them one week and the next week get together with another 2 who are free. Everyone is busy and has different schedules.

It depends on the person. I'm middle-aged and nearly never busy, aside from a standard workweek.
