Why do you think so many of them have a massive hard-on for the Duttons in "Yellowstone" despite them being incredibly corrupt politicians and dirty cops who not only use murder and violence to achieve their political and personal goals, but also literally enslave people? Because they get to mow down liberal Californian "outsiders" with impunity, which is all they have ever wanted.
