It’s much cooler tonight which helps, think Belinda is 67.

Her marriage has lasted, wow.

Did something specific happen this year that made the traffic getting in so much worse? Or did they allow more people in to camp versus prior years?

I am a Genxer and watched a few clips. I really liked seeing Lorde again. I also enjoyed Lady Gaga and Queen Latiffa. It’s fun seeing artists enjoying the stage again.

It’s not dirty. Weekend two when the grass is pounded down maybe a tad but everyone know knows weekend 1 is better because that’s where you get all the special guests and the grass is green. This isn’t Woodstock with rain and mud. And yeah there’s a crew who do psychedelics but it’s over 100 degrees out there and not really any place I’d ever do drugs (if I did them) for that reason alone. Too hot, hoot big. It’s a marathon not a sprint.

This year, the line up did not do it for us so we’re Couch-chella the stream and only watching the few were interested in. Kraftwerk soon…

NP and I appreciate this take. I do still think you get dirty and dusty and festivals. I used to go to Jazz Fest in New Orleans all the time and while that isn’t known for being dirty I still spent the day dripping sweat and feeling like I was covered in dust.

Amazing atmosphere:

But what’s the vibe? Looks dirty and only fun if you do psychedelics.

Yes. And? Lol.

And getting dirty and doing psychedelics to watch over streaming just isn’t as fun.

Gaga was great as always!

In the Kpop department, Lisa sounded not great, she’s never been a great singer, and I don’t think pushing her as a soloist is doing her any favors. She needs a group. Or music that doesn’t need as much singing like Lalisa and Money. Enhypen was great and they always got heat for bad live vocals in the past but they sang really well.
