It is a great place! Very special. Charlottesville is on Amtrak Northeast Direct, so transportation is not hard. Some housing options off-grounds are closer to classes than some of the dorms. Upperclassmen housing is a mess at most schools. Don’t be deterred. At least lob in an EA app. And follow Dean J on Instagram to learn more about the app process etc.

For OOS, ED admit was 21% this year and EA was 13%.

Is there a big percentage difference in admit rates for an unhooked out of stater in terms of ED and EA? Would prefer to EA but if it’s a huge bump to EA that’s good to know.
