I think what is good about these drugs is that they help you in long term dieting. It's hard to keep at it for a year in order to lose a significant amount of weight. It takes a long time to see results even without drugs. It's harder to stay motivated without them. I think that's also a reason why people are successful using them; they keep your appetite at bay and help you through plateau stages.

OP here - I just measured and I lost two inches from my waist! So something is happening... just slowly.

I am losing slowly as well. I lost 9 pounds in 2.5 mos but I do notice I am losing inches: my waist and belly are noticeably slimmer.

I lost 40 pounds after 16 months on Wegovy. That's an average of about 10 pounds every four months. So you are right on track. Keep it up!

I think this is a good result. You will lose more if you stay with it. It is slow but steady..
