I just remembered the older guy who would come visit my roommate in college…thinking back on it I think she liked the nice dates and he had a beach house. He seemed like a nice guy but now that I’m older- yuck.

Three years and she’s never been to his home?! Is he married to someone else?

You can ask if she sees herself becoming a caregiver elderly when she is turning 40 and he is retired and dealing with strokes and erectile disfunction?

So gross. Hopefully she realizes how much of a loser he is and moves on.

Please answer this. What do you mean by taking? Is she taking him somewhere?

I thought this way in my 20s and was wrong. I wasted a lot of valuable time.

Oh no! Their daughter found happiness and had a family! How devastating!

She is 25 year old and dating a 50 something year old dude.. Is there anything we can do?

If you or your daughter dated someone who was your parents age how long did it last? Should we say something?

Don't interfere or you will just push her away.

Maybe it's a real match, and they will have a great life together, or maybe she is just kicking up her heels some for fun. Either way, it's her decision.

It's normal for younger women to want an older man with a 10-20 year age gap, because men act like children until their late 30s or older, and some never grow up. With todays zoomers and millennials, they all act like man-children, playing video games and other childish behaviors.

This was my moms dream for me: to meet an old 50 or 60 year old man who has lots of cash, marry him, and then have him kick off early so I could inherit. She grew up poor so that was her "dream "

I did not do that, lol.

If he has an ex wife and kids, she will hopefully begin to tire of him soon.

Just let it go. She's an adult, you can't control her.
