I think the peaceful protests outside Tesla Dealerships are a good thing. But the property destruction just plays into the conservative trope about dems having TDR and being destructive (e.g. the BLM protests that turned into some looting). They worship Kyle Rittenhouse and think dems are violent and they need to protect themselves.

No one is going to come around or be persuaded through property destruction.

But looking at the car, most people can see it’s clearly a Tesla. I saw one with an Audi symbol on it; a simple search would show that Audi does not have z model that looks like that.

Yep he’s been a complete nut for a loooong time. People just weren’t paying attention and wanted a trendy car.

We purchased ours years ago to reduce our carbon emissions. We also got solar panels, rain barrels and plant native plants in our yard. At the time it was by far the best option for an EV.

This. Don't overthink. I don't even have a Tesla, but I have thought about putting a sign at night on the window 'car is empty, door is open, no need to break the window, it won't start, has tracker', so that the window would be there in the morning. This is in a nice neighborhood.


I had a colleague whose car window was broken at Dupont Circle so the thief could get the umbrella on the seat.

While you can cancel a Cybertruck pre-order and get a full refund before delivery, after delivery, Tesla is reportedly refusing to take Cybertrucks back as trade-ins or allow owners to resell them within the first year.

I don't feel bad for the idiots that bought these. First they signed away their own consumer rights the idiots and they paid $82,000 and up for garbage.
