You traded in a sports car for a "family friendly" car ... sedan/minivan/SUV? Of course you're sad about it. As much as we love our families, trading in the car is an acknowledgement that the fun carefree days are over. It's OK to be a little wistful about it.

I will totally feel this way when I trade in the first car I bought. It’s 15 years old, still running fine, but I know her time is coming.
