Reading (May 2024, so 1st grade): 577
Math (Sept 2024, 2nd grade): 473
Math (Feb 2025, 2nd grade): 484

I have not paid too much attention to her i-ready's as I didn't think they were in the packet. Clearly wrong. :/

Reading and math are scored differently. Look in SIS under documents and You should be able to find what percentile they’re in.

Thank you - they have one document with interpretation of both Sept 2024 test date and Jan 2025 test date Math i-ready's. It says "99th percentile" & "at grade level". Phew! I guess we are okay.

No documentation on the reading i-ready under SIS.

The September 2024 Math iReady score is the one that was considered / submitted to the committee according to my AAP packet.

I haven’t seen my DC’s packet. Do you know if VAALS score from 2024-2025 was included?

DP. VAALLS is included. As PP said, iReady math and reading from fall of first grade (for whatever reason). My dc did not complete that reading iready (was not in FCPS at the time) and therefore the score is blank for that (they did NOT opt to include the spring iReady that dc did complete).

IReady math from fall of first grade? That is different from the PP where iReady is from fall of second grade. I thought they would all have the same reference point.

Sorry, you are right--it's fall of second grade. (I'd misremembered and thought both were from fall of first.)

My DD's packet included the following:

- AAP Level IV Screening Summary Sheet (includes AAP status code, whether they are a young scholar, whether they are a multilingual learner, members of screening committee)
- HOPE rating
- Summary of tests, including NNAT, CoGAT, iReadys from fall of first grade for reading and math from fall of second
- Work samples
- report card for first half of second
- VALLS family letter and summary from the fall
- full first grade report card
- parent submission

Hopefully, this helps someone! No Jan iReady from this year. She has been in FCPS her whole academic career and has taken all assessments.

Same for iReady (though there was a Winter one subsequently) and also the fall VALLS was attached, for what little that's worth --no percentiles just a score in the "low risk of developing a reading problem" range and a long boilerplate explanation of the tool.

Did they include Jan iReady scores? I don’t think so? My DD did much better in Jan than the August one.
