All I know as a parent is that every teacher and classroom aide my child has worked with at Takoma over the last 3 years is still teaching at the school. I wouldn’t necessarily expect that if the work environment was super toxic.

All I know as a parent is that every teacher and classroom aide my child has worked with at Takoma over the last 3 years is still teaching at the school. I wouldn’t necessarily expect that if the work environment was super toxic.
