Bluemont looks bad but I prefer it to Willston.

Rockville has more than enough supermarkets.

Yep. The safeway near me (Fairfax) is a dump, never stocked, terrible produce, deli is kinda gross, etc...not sure how it's still opened. I wish it would get re-vamped.
The Safeway near me has a Starbucks. I am positive that's keeping the store afloat.
Most safeways have a Starbucks, but not sure if that's enough of an anchor to draw in customers to buy groceries to break even/profitable . Obviously, it works in some places, but it might be the exception and not the norm.
