You can also fly to providence and take the fast ferry to MV. Newport is also as easy to do from Providence.
MV is the perfect choice from an air travel perspective (I’m seeing MV only adding about $100 vs. Boston), but if you’re not up for sharing hotel rooms, you may find yourselves facing huge room charges.
