We've been to Montreal and Vancouver, but we've never been to Toronto (aside from quick business trips where we didn't venture anywhere beyond meetings and nice dinners).
Centre island. You can take a ferry there, amusement park, bike around and get lunch. It was fun seeing the city from there.
