You’re under the impression this group even realizes that there are major things and differences that need to be accounted for, like whollly different systems setup for engineers in different orgs or things like hospitals. Further we should assume that no one reviewed the issues that others have run into each of the times this was attempted in the last 25 years or why it became decentralized from the 80’s.

Seriously, the point is to destroy the ability of any parts of the federal government to perform their duties. Proving that the federal government is a useless blight and should all go away. Complain to Congress, complain to the press - tell them how this is affecting your mission and how this is bad for Americans, as specifically as possible.
