The ruling Friday from the panel of the Richmond, Virginia-based 4th Circuit Court of Appeals is not a final decision on the legality of Trump’s anti-DEI policy. It merely allows the government to administer the policy while litigation continues.

The ones related to Humphrey's Executive are the ones that come to mind. Since that case is currently the law of the land, Trump's firings are unlawful.

So you're against the First Amendment? As for the Justice Department, it is an Executive Branch agency under the purview of the President of the United States. The judiciary doesn't hold anyone accountable. It interprets the law, and when it gets that interpretation wrong, higher courts reverse. However, there are clear delineations of power within the Constitution itself, which each of the co-equal branches of government must respect.

This is exactly how I have been taking this experience and I can’t even get mad. A good chunk of Americans are apathetic, individualistic, and worship money and celebrity.
And apparently didn't get very far in American history. MvM was in 1803.
