I guess that's why houses in Tenleytown cost less than they did in the early 2000s, because nobody wants to live in such awful decline.
Wait, what? They're several times more expensive even after adjusting for inflation? Meaning the only metric that can't possibly be skewed and distorted, the fact that people are willing to put millions of their hard earned dollars where their mouth is, says Tenley is more desirable than ever? But that doesn't line up with your fee fees!
