But you’re still giving these companies access to your kids data. Do you trust these massive companies to do the right thing with your data? Images that your kids don’t have the ability to consent to you providing?? These companies are controlled by the likes of Zuckerberg and Musk!

I used to post things and about 5 years or so I stopped posting on social media and took all of our photos and names off. In the last two years I opened up Facebook again because I realized I was missing PTA info but have no photos, identifying info like places or birthdays or my real name and certainly and not posting my kids photos.

Literally zero. I am the face of my business, and I hire models and actors to "play my family" for photoshoots and social media. I don't actually say this is my family but I don't correct people who assume.
The photoshoots happen when my kid is in school anyway. And I'm a single mom, so maybe I'm extra protective.

I post nothing about my kids. If you want to have a way for family to see photos, just make a new instagram acct set to private and only let select family follow the acct. Only those followers will be able to see it. Thats what my sister does.

I post maybe once a year, usually includes my kids. I don’t think any of my friends are reposting these images publicly so not super concerned about the deepfakes at this point.
