My friend only needed to lose 15 lbs.. she got it because her #'s were terrible and her sister had a heart attack at 45 and her mom died of a heart attack and none were more than 20lbs overweight.

Did she take 2,5 or less or more?

I have lost 30lbs since August on 5mg and I'm fine with the pace. I have about 10 more to go and it's definitely slowed. I might have to go up once more but even if I can lose two lbs a month.

Interesting, I was thinking of starting at 1.5 but ny doc says I can do that or 2.5. Based on this maybe I do start at 2.5

Are you using a compound? Zepbound doesn’t come in 1.5mg preparation

Yes. Because my doc wants me to have option of starting slow reducing…

Or just talking about a gaunt look from weight-loss? If so, then 15lbs shouldn't matter.

Gaunt, lose skin, more wrinkles.

It's a side effect from rapid fat loss.

Any large amount of weight loss once you’re over 30 will result in this, even is slowly

If you only have to lose 15 pounds it is going to be noticeable in your face. If you have to lose 50 and only lose 15 then it may not be noticeable.

Nonsense.

Do you really think OP will lose 15 pounds from fat only in the problematic area? This is not how losing weight works.

I don’t think people who lose a lot of weight but aren’t ill look like those who are very thin and dying. Coloring is off, eyes become hollow and very dark circles, color of veins is in stark contrast to the skin, etc - all happens when you’re ill and thin.
