Also, your stench may result from food sitting too long "in the pipe." Do you exercise regularly (5+ days a week)? Keep things moving, with regular exercise, plenty of water, and non-soluable fiber.

OP here...I do exercise regularly, get fiber, and only eat red meat occasionally, but I'll try the probiotics. I have tried beano, Gas-X, etc and they can reduce the quantity but not the smell.
