These are delicious. I freeze some of them and they keep well.

I also love the cottage cheese bagels, I’m def trying the version with mozzarella and spinach linked above! I usually shake on everything seasoning.

Recently I’ve done banana bread, coconut oat cookies, cinnamon coffee cake. I’m looking for a new idea. I have most ingredients that I would need. Tell me your ideas.

So you mean a "baked good" or "dessert"? These are the terms for these items.

Yes! Cottage cheese bagels are awesome and so easy. My teens LOVE them. I use this recipe:

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Knead a few minutes until it comes together, add a little more flour if too sticky. Divide into 4 balls, shape into bagels. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top (or whatever topping/flavoring). Bake 375 for 20 min.

You can experiment with add ins. I don’t bother using food processor, because I hate cleaning it. I just dump ingredients together and mix and they turn out great.
