Sorry, but they would be spending on private islands or chartered yachts.
They want tasteful diversity, mostly white people of course, but with just the right sprinkling of well behaved English speaking “others.”
They definitely don’t want the kind of diversity where -they- are the diversity, otherwise they wouldn’t be posting this type of question here…
