Why would you hold off having kids.
That doesn't make sense, especially if you are looking at a situation where one patent might be home for a few years.

With trumpet and Elmo cutting 90% of this area’s tax base, I’m not sure there will still be a school for the kids.
Start looking at dem states that have better priorities.
