Same, girl.

I’m in phenomenal shape for my age and at a very healthy weight. Good body, whatever. Stomach wrinkles galore.

At least I have cute, healthy kids?!?

I’m never wearing a bikini again, but I’ll live.

I have a guilty pleasure of watching stretched skin reveals on TikTok and Insta. With the popularity of GLPs there are a ton out there. I enjoy seeing the post surgical reveal for those who get it. Some women (and men!) look absolutely amazing and then pull out all of this hidden skin. It's so common.

Planks do NOTHING for skin. They help tone stomach muscles, but all of the skin during a plank just hangs. It makes me feel better during classes at the gym to see that the vast majority of women, have access skin, even most toned women. It's the most noticeable during a plank.

I did planks for years but only recently saw my stomach in a mirror. It was a little surprising to say the least.

Y'all have your stomach exposed during planks!?! I always wear a long tank under my workout shirt.

No, hence I have not seen my stomach for more than a decade in that pose. My shirt was flopping around.
