EB-5 visa requires you to invest $1 million in a business and hire at least ten Americans (the amount invested might be less in less populous areas - feel free to correct me). This golden visa will allow people to just outright buy their way into the US for $5 million. Dangerous stuff as it may attract all kinds of the wrong individuals.
