Last I checked mcps and bcps are run like prisons where the inmates are in control.

Of course YOUR HS is the exception to the re bc as I remember it mcps has a history of covering up crime and violence. So how would you even know the truth if it is common place to fire teacher who report crime and violence.

Contact WJ right now and ask for an IEP meeting to get the ball rolling (over the summer works too, if they can the team together).
Until she is officially enrolled she cannot get an IEP.
