GA is not that easy as you may think. RL won't cut it there
Looking at Loudouns RL teams in Soccer Rankings, if they can compete in GA right away - that is a real inditement of the quality of GA.

Yes, unless one of the existing ones gets demoted to tier 2 (TSJ I'm looking at you)
TSJ is already grasping at straws hoping they can get into another league, just check their boys 08 IG, 'actively positioning for ECNL/ECRL/MLSN/MLSN2'
TSJ is a dumpster fire that keeps on burning. Revolving door of coaches. Parents and club screaming matches is a normal meeting. The last of the FCV soccer quality is completely gone. And money is the least of it but I’m already 5k in the hole thanks to never ending “surprise” charges and it’s not even spring. Unfortunately the only constant is the psychopath TD who who destroyed what was once one of the top clubs in the country.
Gotta fund those football academy scholarships from somewhere!

Anonymous wrote:It’s almost laughable that NVA and McLean, who can’t really compete on the boys side at the ECNL level think it’s going to be much better in the MLS Next which is a much higher league. They didn’t think twice though, thinking they will get better recruiting. Already the top talent was going to these clubs.
Model wise, yes, but GA1 are first team players vs second team. So the competition will be better, at least for the DMV teams, but most of the games should be relatively local.Anonymous wrote:So it’s true? RL is GA1?
Tryouts still in May?
