Because they can be thrown in your bag straight from the fridge and eaten at your desk, or quickly in your car if needed. No cooking required. Most people can’t eat while driving on the highway or while on the metro or bus so I assume OP is eating when she arrives.

When I had to do this, I enjoyed a yogurt and a bowl of instant oatmeal and a hard boiled egg.

Overnight oats with berries. I warm it up when I get to work, and drink my coffee on the way there.

No, bc then you have to think all day about if you remembered to shut the stove off. Protein shake; or hard boiled eggs.

I usually eat at work. I make a big frittata on Sunday and portion it into servings for my breakfasts during the week.

I don't like eating while driving for various reasons, so I ate at work when I had to go in. You can make wraps or breakfast/egg sandwiches ahead of time and warm them up (or throw a frozen one in your bag), or bring yogurt and granola bars.

Thanks! That's not a bad calorie to protein ratio either.

Their site has a plethora of other flavors, if you want more variety. I often add chia seeds to or cacao nibs.

Also depending on the flavor I sometimes chop up a banana and mix it in

On the days I go to the office I eat breakfast once I get there. Forager drinking yogurt or instant oatmeal, and fruit.

Some of y'all don't have to leave your houses by 4:45 AM and it shows.

Not OP but I like the smoothie idea. I was doing a lot of egg and cheese sandwiches last year because getting up so early made me so hungry...but then I also got fatter.
