I want to understand why the signs say specifically to expect heavy traffic on Monday and to use Metro.


Civil Service RTO combined with some commercial firms have in-person staff meetings on Monday AM to plan the week. At my commercial firm, almost everyone is in the building on Monday mornings. Other days more people at my office telework or have shifted schedules.
