Spanx leggings are also great! Stay right where you want them (even better than LLL). Sweaty Betty can be good too.

Agree. Both of these.

If your leggings that fail the squat test, they are too small for you. Some brands run smaller than others, adjust accordingly.

Any leggings that are so tight that you are concerned about them splitting are WAY too small for you. Size up at least 2 sizes.

The best leggings hands down are Zella. I get them from Nordstrom

I have several from Old Navy that are great but they're at least a few years old so not sure they're still as good

My daughter swears by Aerie leggings. I have another twenty some colleague who does as well.

What brands? I am in leggings exercising 5 to 6 days a week and have literally never had this happen. For what it’s worth I wear almost exclusively Athleta with a few Lululemon. I tried target and Old Navy once but they felt terrible when I wore them meaning they just weren’t comfortable and you could tell the fabric was cheap.

Old navy and target you nailed both! The ones on sale are always so thin and awful!- op here. Seamless. Terrible. I believe wild fable were the target brand. The old navy ones were once nice in 2018 but lately it’s like a thin sliver of fabric.

Amen to that! I still wear wear tops, pants, and leggings from that brand which I've had for over 20 years. I still thrift them online whenever I can find them.

Sorry...I read "Lucy," rather than Lulu. My comments were about Lucy Activewear, which went out of business a while back.

Lucy was so awesome. Sigh.

Definitely Lulu, Athleta. I also have some Nike, Alo and Sweaty Betty that hold up well.

Old Navy and Athleta are both owned by Gap and I swear my Old Navy leggings (I've had for years) are the best ones I own. Way better than my LLL. They have a plethora of different styles so maybe check them out.

I get mine from TJ Maxx for $16.99 and they have lasted for years. And yes, work out daily. There is literally no reason to pay for brand name ones unless you like showing off the logo.
