Call anyway. The more you are tying up their staff, the less they can spend on their own constituents, and the more ignored their constituents are, the more pissed off they will be.

She has dementia and isn’t with it enough to call. She lives alone (that’s a whole other topic to post).

House employee - adding answered all calls but quick exit ramp when caller disclosed not from district. The offices get a ton of contacts
